The fitness center, entirely devoted to well-being, offers tailor-made tools, advice and techniques to keep you in shape. Adrenalin, but also reflection, will be the order of the day in the various Live Escape Game rooms.
The different areas :
Blocbuster
Blocbuster, the bouldering specialist already present in Courbevoie, is responsible for leading the 320 routes designed in a dedicated 1,230m2 space. Inspired by the "bouldering" practice of Fontainebleau, bouldering is accessible and fun, with structures of various shapes up to 4.5 m high.
The hall offers around 40 "profiles" or "walls" of different shapes: each one offers, through a color code, 8 different "boulders" or tracks, from beginner to expert level.
Requiring no equipment or complex techniques to master, the activity is open to all from the age of 4; a special area with a lower height is dedicated to children under 8.
A slackline, a sport practice similar to tightrope walking, is also available to work on balance and concentration. You can also take advantage of the large, top-of-the-range sauna to relax after your workout, or enjoy a gourmet break in the bar.

TEAM BREAK Live Escape Game
Escape games are on a roll. They're opening all the time in Paris. Already present in the 9th arrondissement, Team Break is expanding and waiting for you in this new complex. And for the CNIT, there's nothing better than opening the world's biggest Escape Game!
As a reminder, the Live Escape Gameconcept involves teams of 2 to 14 participants in an immersive adventure in a closed room, with the ultimate aim of escaping by solving enigmas and carrying out experiments.
Logic and communication skills are all that's needed to successfully complete the mission; no physical strength is required!
For each universe, teams are given a mission in the form of a themed scenario, which they must complete in under 60 minutes. At CNIT MOVE, TEAM BREAK has 8 game rooms and 1 event room spread over 1,200m2, making it the largest game space complex in the world.
The missions on offer are set in cinematic universes such as :
Each room can accommodate from 2 to 14 participants, so that 90 people can play simultaneously.

The only one of its kind, the Be Better Center occupies 3,500m2, divided into 2 areas:

The opening and inauguration originally scheduled for November 18 has been postponed until further notice following the events in the capital.
