The Royal Monceau Film Club: a luxury cinema experience in Paris – the lineup

The Royal Monceau invites cinephiles to a film session worthy of a palace. Join us in the Katara Room for the Royal Monceau Film Club. Ask for the program!

Just imagine: combining the pleasure of watching a good movie with the comfort and refinement of a palace. Wouldn't that be cool? Well, that's what the Royal Monceau offers you. This Parisian palace, which happens to be a great lover of the arts, hides a not-so-well-kept secret: it has its own private screening room, the Cinéma Katara. A very comfortable room where press screenings are organized before films are released.

This venue features 99 oversized leather armchairs, designed by Philippe Starck, where you can comfortably settle in and relax. And yes, you don’t have to be a guest at the hotel to enjoy it. Throughout the winter of 2025-2026, Royal Monceau opens its doors to the general public with the Royal Monceau Film Club.

The idea is to (re)discover the greatest hits of the 7th art with the welcome of a palace : glass of champagne (non-alcoholic drinks for children) and sweets prepared by pastry chefs.

Schedule of upcoming sessions :

Whether it’s a casual outing with friends or a romantic movie date, it’s the perfect chance to indulge. So if this unique experience piques your interest, don’t forget to book your spot in advance!
