We’re heading to the Cinq, the Three-Michelin-Star restaurant at the Four Seasons George V, to explore its signature breakfast curated by Guillaume Cabrol and Michael Bartocetti. Offered daily in the morning, this culinary experience elevates the everyday morning routine into a truly extraordinary moment.

Forget about the inaccessible weekend brunches and consider instead the spectacularly generous breakfasts served at Parisian palaces. Head over to the George V, Europe's most starred palace, for a breakfast that's anything but ordinary. Led by Guillaume Cabrol, a bakery virtuoso, and Michael Bartocetti, executive pastry chef, the team at Four Seasons George V reimagines the morning ritual with a distinctively Parisian flair. So lavish that it nearly qualifies as a brunch, fair warning: after this feast, you'll forget about lunch entirely.

The €76 package kicks off with a refreshing fruit juice before letting you choose your eggs just the way you like them. The staff go above and beyond to prepare them exactly to your liking. As for hot drinks, you can pick from a coffee roasted by the Parisian specialty roaster Tanat, a tea from Maison L'Autre Thé, or a signature hot chocolate topped with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and homemade marshmallows that’s sure to impress. We highly recommend it. Since this indulgent hot chocolate alone typically costs €28, ordering it within the breakfast deal is a smart choice—you get a lot of deliciousness for your money!

For an additional €14, indulge in the prestige eggs. On the menu: soft-boiled eggs with mousseline and caviar, baked eggs with foie gras and black truffle, or a lobster omelette. It’s the perfect way to start the day on an extraordinary note. Without any extra charge, you can also opt for scrambled, soft-boiled, fried, or classic Eggs Benedict.

The real highlight is definitely the buffet. It features pastry selections crafted by Guillaume Cabrol and Michael Bartocetti, made with flours from the Decollogne family mills. Don't miss the signature apple turnover — it's absolutely irresistible. During our visit, an citrus-infused pastry caught our eye, topped with vegan coconut and mango butter. We also fell in love with the chocolate and vanilla crown brioche with cacao nibs, which was incredibly soft and packed with a rich chocolate flavor.

The buffet keeps going with cold cuts, , smoked salmon, and chicken supreme. For those seeking something lighter, there are cereals, muesli, smoothie bowls, and chia pudding. The farm fresh yogurts are sourced from Kerbastard Farm in Brittany, ensuring quality and freshness. Seasonal fruits round out the selection.
