Twilight, Chapter 2: Temptation, by Chris Weitz, will air on TF1 Séries Films on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 9:10 PM. Starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, this second installment gives Jacob a larger role following Bella and Edward's breakup.
Following the events of Twilight, Chapter 1: Fascination, Bella Swan watches her relationship with Edward Cullen come to a sudden halt. Convinced he’s putting her in danger, Edward leaves Forks with his family and asks Bella to carry on with her life as if he had never existed.
Deeply affected by the breakup, Bella grows closer to Jacob Black, her childhood friend. As a new supernatural community emerges around Forks, their bond deepens. Jacob gradually becomes a central figure in Bella’s life, even as she keeps seeking dangerous situations that make her feel connected to Edward.
The film also expands the saga’s mythology by introducing the Volturi, an ancient vampire clan based in Italy. Michael Sheen, Dakota Fanning, and Jamie Campbell Bower join Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner.
Written by Melissa Rosenberg, the film adapts Stephenie Meyer's second novel. The encounter with the Volturi broadens the story beyond Forks and puts the characters to the test against the rules of the vampire world.
