Titina is the name of Kajsa Naess's latest animated film, but above all, it's the name of one of the protagonists of this beautiful story: Umberto's dog. The story takes place in 1925, just after the First World War, and it's through Titina's eyes that we discover it in this cartoon, suitable for all children.
Inspired by a true story, this animated feature takes you on a journey, an adventure! Norwegian director Kajsa Naess directs this brand-new animated feature, following the story of Umberto (voiced by Raphaël Personnaz) and his dog Titina on their quest for the North Pole. For 1h30, you too can set off on a journey to the North Pole, where you'll discover whales, polar bears and ice floes as far as the eye can see.

In April 1928, Italian engineer Umberto Nobile took off for the North Pole with Roald Amundsen, the first man to set foot in Antarctica on a previous expedition. For the explorer, Nobile builds an extraordinary airship, the Norge, bound for Antarctica, where no man has yet set foot on the ice. But Nobile is not alone: Titina, his adorable little dog, is also on board.
From one adventure to the next, this family film takes us behind the scenes of a historic mission and a conflicting friendship between Nobile and Amundsen, through the eyes of a little dog who has become a veritable icon, since Titina was the first to set foot on Antarctica. For 1.5 hours, you too will embark on board the airship, amidst the glaciers, swim with the whales at the same time as Titina, and become attached to these protagonists who left their mark on history. The images, graphics and lightness of this animated film make it accessible to the whole family, including the very young!
