Vedettes de Paris, the emblematic company that sails the Seine, is launching the second edition of its open-air cinema. This summer of 2025, Parisians will be able to enjoy this unique experience at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and on the waterfront, with a program of "favorite films, well known to the general public".
Founded in 1976, Vedettes de Paris has always been an integral part of the capital's historic landscape, offering cruises to discover the beauty of Paris. Once again this year, by renewing its open-air cinema, the company pays homage to the city that has always been its showcase. From Wednesday August 20 to Sunday August 24, 2025, the quays of the Port de Suffren, where the boats are moored, will be transformed into a floating cinema, dotted with deckchairs riveted to a giant screen.
Each evening, 150 spectators will have the chance to (re)discover an iconic film from the 7th art, with the Iron Lady, the Seine and the Trocadéro esplanade as a backdrop. As an added bonus, each screening will be preceded by a musical Apero Cruise at 8:45pm.
It couldn't be more Parisian!
