Prue sets off to find her younger brother, who has been kidnapped and kept in a forbidden forest. In this hidden realm populated by enchanted creatures, she teams up with unlikely allies and faces formidable adversaries as she discovers that his rescue could shape the future of the entire world.
The film is directed by Travis Knight, who previously helmed Kubo and the Two Strings and Bumblebee. Chris Butler writes the screenplay based on the novel Wildwood, by Colin Meloy and illustrated by Carson Ellis.
