Nocturne, the crime series led by Liev Schreiber, Zazie Beetz and Stephen Graham, premieres on Apple TV on Friday, October 30, 2026, with its first two episodes.
A former serviceman turned homicide investigator, Jonah Lynn leaves the tough streets of Philadelphia to settle in a small town in Pennsylvania. The quieter life he was seeking vanishes when his family and the community become the targets of serial killer Jurek Walter.
The hunt for the latest missing victim sends Jonah to push Saga Bauer, an FBI agent he views as his daughter, right into the killer’s sights. That choice puts the young woman in harm’s way and forces the cop to question the limits he’s willing to cross.
Liev Schreiber stars as Jonah Lynn, Zazie Beetz plays Saga Bauer, and Stephen Graham portrays Jurek Walter. Bill Camp, Rory Culkin, Chrissy Metz, Poorna Jagannathan, and Gary Carr round out the cast.
Spanning ten episodes, the series adapts Lars Kepler’s novels The Hypnotist and The Pact. It’s been created for television by Rowan Joffé and developed by showrunner John Hlavin. Tim Van Patten directs the first two installments.
Following its launch on October 30, Apple TV+ will release a new episode every Friday through December 25, 2026.
