Rossy de Palma invites film lovers to the Louvre's Auditorium Michel Laclotte for ¡ I Louvre Mucho !, a carte blanche dedicated to Spanish cinema from 9 to 18 October 2026. Ten films are on the program over two weekends, ranging from Luis Buñuel to Pedro Almodóvar, with an opening night in the actress’s presence.
On Friday, October 9 at 8 p.m., Rossy de Palma will share her selections in an interview with journalist and critic Aureliano Tonet. The conversation will be followed by Sevillanas, Carlos Saura’s 1992 film. In 58 minutes, it brings together dancers, singers and musicians around traditional Andalusian dances, featuring notably Paco de Lucía, Camarón de la Isla and Lola Flores.
The opening weekend continues with Viridiana and 20,000 Species of Bees, followed by Kika. Rossy de Palma is also slated to present these three screenings. The cycle accompanies the exhibitions Zurbarán and Sculpting Color, as part of the museum’s Spanish-programmed season.
The price is €10 per screening, with a reduced rate of €7 and a youth/solidarity rate of €5. The museum offers the reduced rate after five events as part of its subscription. The program and booking links are available on the cycle’s official page. For the opening night, entry after 5:30 pm is via the Pyramid entrance.
