Welcome to Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising, a rich and fun fantasy RPG that takes us on a long, exciting adventure. We take on the role of CJ, a teenager determined to make her mark in the town of New Nevaeh, overrun by heroes, merchants and bandits of all kinds.

This gold rush hides a few secrets, which could well destroy the fragile town of New Nevaeh. Beneath the runic mound, in the nearby mines, dungeons and forests, a dark conspiracy seems to be at play. Can you solve the mysteries that surround this place, and still stay alive?

Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising offers us a great story, and also allows us to discover theorigins of some emblematic characters from the Eiyuden Chronicle saga.

The main quest may take a while to get going, but you'll never get bored, thanks to the (very) many side quests that stand in your way. In fact, these side missions are essential to the development of the town, allowing you to upgrade your skills and obtain new abilities.

Quest by quest, the region is revealed and expanded, and our options multiply. We're gradually joined by teammates, each with their own strengths and weaknesses, who are very useful in the various dungeons.

Combat is interesting, without being overly complicated. We often regret the presence of foreground scenery elements, which block our view and cause us to take otherwise avoidable damage. We can also quickly become impatient with the numerous dialogues that accompany each mission. But these interactions also allow us to immerse ourselves in the world of Eiyuden, discovering the secrets and lives of each character.

The gameplay is simple and easy to pick up, and the graphics are beautiful enough to make you want to explore every corner of the map.

As in all RPGs, you roam around collecting items, XP points and treasures, upgrading your character and tools as you go.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is a great success in its genre, and is as accessible to fans of the saga as it is to beginners. Hours of fun await you!
