Creative minds andesoteric enthusiasts beware, this pack is for you! The item kit is centered around crystals and metals, collectable items found all over The Sims' various worlds. Using these stones, skilled artisans will be able to craft " over 1,000 different gem-adornedobjects and turn them into fashion accessories, declarations of love or sparkling gifts for someone close."
The trailer focuses on jewelry creation, but a few mysterious elements are also shown, such as giving stones powers by exposing them to the Moon, or summoning the Grim Reaper thanks to a special creation...
Construction mode elements are also centered around stones, the Moon and the Sun, lending a slightly magical ambience to your interior.

Tested on PC, five hours of play
After a long absence, object kits are back with a vengeance in The Sims 4. Passion cuisine seduced food lovers with new kitchen appliances, new recipes and the possibility of launching a small cooking business.
Crystal Creations takes up this winning recipe, this time focusing on handicrafts, and more particularly jewelry. A new skill is offered, based on objects present in the base game since the launch of The Sims 4. The crystals and metals that could be collected in different worlds finally find their true use: Sims can now transform them into jewelry, and sell them.
Item kits don't bring any great revolution to the game, which focuses solely on this new skill. However, it's still a great feature for players who like to offer their Sims new hobbies, for those looking for an interesting way to earn money, or for fans of theoccult.
In fact, from decoration to clothing to special properties, this kit goes very well with DLC linked to magic or fantastic creatures. If you prefer a more down-to-earth mode of play, this kit will be of limited interest to you. For our part, we appreciate this compatibility with the various packs, and this more original style.
All in all, this kit isn't essential, but it's a welcome addition!
