France's largest inclusive game library opens in Paris with AccessiJeux.

Playing together without erasing our differences... It’s a simple idea, still too rare, championed by AccessiJeux with the opening of France’s largest inclusive game library in Paris, in the 12th arrondissement, in June 2026. On the menu: 350 m² of spaces tailored for children, adults, seniors, and people with disabilities, plus a wide range of games accessible to all. Driven by the association, this new venue near Porte de Vincennes will offer board games, kids’ space, gaming, and a sensory space to make play more widely accessible.

Founded in 2015 by three friends, including one who is visually impaired, the association AccessiJeux has been dedicated for years to making games accessible for people with visual disabilities. In this new space, visitors will have access to more than 3,500 games and toys, including 500 tailored board games. The library of games will be organized into four distinct zones: a children’s area, a section for board games, a gaming zone with adaptable workstations, and a modular sensory room designed especially for neurodivergent individuals or those with cognitive challenges.

The project was designed to boost user autonomy through a range of targeted accommodations. The facilities are fully accessible to people with reduced mobility and include features such as guidance lines, a tactile map, audible beacons, accessible pictograms, and quiet spaces. Staff have also been trained to welcome diverse audiences, including French Sign Language.

Backed by the City of Paris, the Paris CAF and the 12th arrondissement town hall, this new game library opens in a neighborhood undergoing rapid change.
