Among the ambassadors of Parisian couture, Christian Dior is a must. The House made fashion history by spearheading the New Look in post-war Paris. It even took part in the very first Paris Fashion Week in 1973! Today, the iconic label still occupies a prominent place on the catwalk calendar.
Since 2016, Maria Grazia Chiuri has marked Christian Dior's history by becoming the first woman to lead the artistic creation of the Women's collections. An Italian stylist and committed feminist, she has breathed a breath of modernity by boldly reinterpreting the House's iconic codes, celebrating a femininity that is both assertive and creative. Her passion for global craftsmanship has also enabled her to integrate unique know-how into the heart of her collections, valorizing exceptional craftswomen from the four corners of the globe. Her remarkable career has redefined the Dior identity.
On the men's side, Kim Jones has held the reins since 2018, blending classic elegance and contemporary aesthetics with undeniable talent, renewing menswear in the spotlight.
But the House of Dior today enters a new era... Jonathan Anderson, former artistic director of Loewe, succeeds both Maria Grazia Chiuri for Women and Kim Jones for Men. Since April 2025, the British designer has taken on a dual role, also taking the helm of Haute Couture. This fusion of womenswear, menswear and couture under a single vision promises a true creative revolution, ready to write a new chapter in Dior’s history.
