Humanitarian Talk returns to the Climate Academy in November 2023

After a first edition in December 2022 on the global food crisis, SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL's Humanitarian Talk returns on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at the Académie du Climat with the central theme of water at the heart of climate suffering. Climate change is having a direct impact on populations already weakened by multiple crises.

It is therefore becoming urgent to find solutions.

The second edition of SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL's Humanitarian Talk, "Water at the heart of climate suffering: building sustainable solutions together", will provide an opportunity to debate this issue.

Open to all, this round-table discussion will bring together novices and experts alike, with a common goal: to take action.

Moderated by Juliette Nouel, a journalist specializing in climate and biodiversity, this round-table discussion will bring together :

• Aïssa Maïga, director of the documentary film"Marcher sur l'eau",
• Salman Khairallah, Iraqi environmentalist and founder of the NGO Humat Dijlah, committed to protecting the Tigris River in Iraq,
• Marjolaine Bos, coordinator of operations in north-west Syria for SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL.

The conference will be followed by a cocktail reception.
