Les DeuxMains du Luxe takes over the Grand Palais from October 2 to 5, 2025, to showcase exceptional craftsmanship and know-how. For four free days, discover 32 luxury houses and 20 schools or associations, take part in workshops and attend continuous demonstrations with the craftsmen who shape French creation, from Fashion to Jewellery, Leather to Decoration, Gastronomy and Perfumes.

The Grand Palais is decked out in all its finery to become a living showcase for the arts and crafts at Les DeuxMains du Luxe, from October 2 to 5, 2025. Organized by the Comité Colbert, the free event offers a behind-the-scenes look at the skills and expertise that make French design shine.

For four days - three of which are open to the public free of charge upon reservation (October 2 is reserved for schoolchildren) - get ready to immerse your fingers in the material with participatory workshops, continuous demonstrations and encounters with the artisans who sculpt, sew, engrave and shape tomorrow's luxury.

A total of 32 luxury houses and 20 schools or associations gathered around seven themed areas: Art of the Table, Leather, Decoration, Gastronomy & Hospitality, Jewelry & Watchmaking, Fashion and Perfumes & Cosmetics. Each world reveals its secrets through precise, meticulous gestures, with the participation of schools from the Campus d'excellence Mode, Métiers d'Art & Design, the Guillaume Tirel hotel school, the École Hermès des savoir-faire, the Association des ateliers des Maîtres d'Art et leurs Élèves, the Société Nationale des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France and Savoir pour Faire.

A look at the experiences offered to visitors by the major houses:

Louis Vuitton: introduction to the skills of the leather goods industry by recreating a miniature replica of the Alma bag using a folding technique based on leather scraps.
Dior : reuse of unused fabric scraps in the workshops and use of the needle to affix a star (the House's iconic code) to an upcycled pouch.
Celine : creation of a leather wallet using edge painting, hot stamping, sewing and folding techniques.
Parfums Christian Dior : demonstration of knot-tying and baudruchage, the sealing of perfume bottles.
Guerlain : retrospective mini-exhibition of a legendary perfume, "Les Secrets de Shalimar", on the occasion of its 100th anniversary. Visitors will also be able to try their hand at bottle labeling.
Maison Francis Kurkdjian: immersive fresco unveiling every stage in the creation of Kurky perfume.

The show also puts the accent on education, with a series of conferences in partnership with Le Monde, testimonials, master classes - with Francis Kurkdjian, Sophie Fontanel, Pierre Hermé and Pierre-Louis Vuitton (Head of Savoir-faire Louis Vuitton) - and debates to explore the future of the professions and possible training courses.

To extend the experience, GrandPalaisRmn's art workshops will be offering live demonstrations, providing a unique opportunity to see the skills and know-how of their artists at work before your very eyes.
