Heading for Thailand in the Paris region! For a weekend, the Wat Pho Paris in Breux-Jouy, in Essonne, turns into a genuine Thai stopover for the Sawasdee Thailand Festival, a festive and free event to discover on Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28, 2026.

The festival is easily accessible from the capital, with a dedicated shuttle leaving Porte de Choisy that drops you right on site (round trip €10), access by transport via the RER C from Breuillet Village station, and free parking if you’re coming by car.

Over these two days, this little corner of Essonne transforms into a Thai village alive with color, sound, and scents from abroad. A wonderful, out-of-town escape to spend a weekend away in the Paris region.
