After a phenomenal run in 2025 in Champions League, Paris Saint-Germain is back at the top, once again reaching the semi-final, perhaps to chase a double? After once again brushing aside Liverpool in the quarter-finals, they’ll need to raise their game against Bayern Munich, on April 28 and May 6, 2026, with the first leg at the Parc des Princes, in the hope of making it to the final!
As a reminder, the capital club doesn’t hold fond memories of its COVID-era final against the Germans, a clash that didn’t go their way in 2020. Since then, the Parisians have struggled to make their mark against them, a side that has practically become a bogey team, but nothing seems out of reach for PSG since last year. So Paris will need a first match played with real discipline to have any hope of an away win without getting rattled!
Led by coach Luis Enrique, who has steered them to three semi-finals in three years, Paris Saint-Germain is chasing back-to-back glory, even with injuries piling up! To watch the match live, kickoff is at 21h, on Canal+, at home or in the capital’s bars, or for the luckiest, straight at the Parc ! If the Parisians go through, the final will be against Arsenal or Atletico Madrid.
