After a very successful first edition, the event Un kilomètre de danse returns to Pantin, on the banks of the Canal de l'Ourcq, on May 27, 2023. The festivities will take place during the whole day, under the sign of the dance, with numerous animations and a single goal: to make dance together the greatest number of people possible. On the program, workshops, performances, a ball, a DJ set in the evening and above all, a giant dance floor of nearly one kilometer, where you can show your best dehanchés.
Set up by the Centre National de la Danse, this event starts in front of and extends to the Place de la Pointe, along the canal de l'Ourcq. You can come to simply admire performances by artists from different social groups and geographical origins, discover new dance styles, and maybe even discover a passion, who knows? Many spaces are available to bring out your free and creative soul, so you can dance with your friends or strangers, for several hours!
Just before the start of summer, it's the perfect way to get your new dance steps validated, for free!
