The Paris Half-Marathon is already in less than a month! If you still haven't started your preparation, all is not lost, because the organizers have set up trainings to accompany you.

If you have never participated in a marathon or in a race that requires some training, don't worry, the organizers of the Paris Half-Marathon offer you a training program to be ready in time. With less than a month to go before the competition, which takes place on March 5, 2023, you should seriously prepare yourself to run a little more than 21 kilometers! In addition to these programs, nutritional plans and advice for mental preparation are also offered. So, let's get started?

In addition, all those registered for the Semi de Paris are invited to come and train for free for a month, until March 5, in the Neoness and Keepcool clubs, in order to prepare themselves with a sports coach. They will teach you how to warm up and will be present on D-day to remind you of the right gestures. On the official application of the Semi, challenges are proposed, with gifts to keep you motivated! The podcast "Objectif Semi" allows you to benefit from advice, whether it is mental or physical.

Depending on your time objective, different training plans are offered on the site as well as a general preparation guide, especially if it's your first marathon! For those who wish, training sessions are also organized in partnership with the French Athletics Federation.

In the last weeks before the marathon, avoid fatty foods, alcohol and anything that can cause digestive problems. A good night's sleep is essential to store up as much energy as possible and perform well on the day of the competition. On March 5, the 21 kilometers will be difficult to keep up with, but the main thing is to keep up with the challenge and be proud of yourself, do your best, without getting hurt! The last kilometers of the course will be the most difficult, save yourself all the way to hold the endurance test. Above all, do not neglect the refreshments during the race!
