On March 9, 2024, the Nightline listening service is organizing its first event focusing on young people's mental health, in the heart of Pershing stadium. On the program: a village of stands and a host of sporting and festive events.

Nightline is a free, anonymous helpline for students, designed to support them in their day-to-day lives, in times of need and deteriorating mental health. For the first time, they are organizing an event in the capital, in the Pershing stadium, to share advice around the health benefits of sports practice, whether physical or mental, during animations, this March 9, 2024. Admission to the village will be free of charge, in the heart of the Bois de Vincennes!

The day's program includes a number of activities, including a sports course on an inflatable structure, zumba classes, a race on an athletics track, tug-of-war, giant darts, pétanque, sack races and many other activities of the kind, for a festive moment. This solidarity event continues the association's year-round mission, but also enables students to get together for a good time, in between revisions.

A recent study warns of a worrying rise in suicidal thoughts among 18-24 year-olds, with one in 5 showing symptoms of depression, or 43% among students. If you're not a student, you can also get involved with the association to help improve mental health among young people, learn more about the subject and meet committed people!
