How does a soap crate race work? Several teams race downhill at top speed, with the ultimate aim of taking victory and, with it, the title of best soapbox driver in Dourdan. A soapbox is a small, unpowered vehicle that moves solely on the force of gravity, so you'll find all kinds of soapboxes, from the upgraded supermarket cart to the little racer that looks just like a child's car.

On October 1, 2023, come one, come all to support your friends and family who are taking part, as well as your favorite teams, in this epic race, the only one of its kind in the Paris region!
