Looking for an original outing in Paris that combines creativity, relaxation, and an immersive atmosphere? Head to Paint Me Up, a one-of-a-kind art studio located in Paris's 5th arrondissement, where everyone can paint, sip a drink, and unleash their imagination in a spectacular setting. Accessible to all, with no need to know how to draw, the experience invites you to create, share, and let go in a setting designed to awaken the senses, depending on the workshop you choose.
The idea for Paint Me Up was born during a trip to Australia, where the founders discovered the concept of painting parties, simple and convivial moments summed up by a now cult phrase: a paintbrush in one hand, a glass in the other. A few years later, after the Covid period, when manual activities were regaining popularity, they decided to launch the concept in Paris.
The very first workshops took place in the family garden, with a few friends curious to try out this new idea. The success was immediate: very quickly, the sessions multiplied thanks to word of mouth. Initially organized in partner bars—La Félicità, Pub Saint-Germain, La Food Society, La Favorite Saint-Paul, La Citadelle —the workshops attracted more and more participants, growing from two per month to more than five per week, and from a few friends to groups of 20 to 30 people. In four years, more than 10,000 participants have taken part in the adventure in increasingly immersive and surprising settings.
After more than a year of searching, Paint Me Up has finally found its first permanent home: a 120 m² space spread over two floors, designed to be a total sensory experience. On the ground floor, a colorful, floral decor welcomes Apéro-Peinture workshops, Paint & Breakfast sessions (morning sessions with breakfast), and themed sessions (Paint Your Pet, Paint Your Partner, etc.). This bright space, designed by the same interior designer as the Ephemera group's immersive restaurants (Under The Sea, Jungle Palace, Stellar, etc.), offers a warm and friendly atmosphere.
In the basement, the atmosphere changes completely: make way for a bioluminescent forest inspiredby Avatar, bathed in black light. Here, UV fluorescent painting workshops transform each brushstroke into a luminous spectacle. Participants completely forget that they are in Paris—their amazed reactions are proof of this.
At Paint Me Up, no artistic talent is required. Each two-hour workshop is guided step by step by an artist facilitator. The goal? To create without pressure, share a fun moment, and leave with your own canvas, photo memories, and, often, the desire to come back.
The packages are suitable for all audiences: families, couples, groups of friends, corporate team building, or simply the curious. Prices range from €40 to €50, depending on the format chosen and the time of day—morning, afternoon, or evening. Note that children are not forgotten, with workshops dedicated just for them coming soon (at the time of publication, at least).
Part art, part social experience, part sensory immersion, Paint Me Up offers a one-of-a-kind experience. Whether for an original after-work activity, a romantic date, a family outing, or a group activity, the workshop invites everyone to reconnect with their creativity in a lively and ever-changing setting.
In daylight or under UV light, colors explode and emotions are unleashed—making Paint Me Up much more than a workshop, but a truly luminous interlude in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Shall we make a reservation?
