The Planetarium at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie is launching a new immersive journey into the universe of an iconic rock band. Following explorations of Pink Floyd, U2, and Led Zeppelin, it's now Queen's turn to ignite the stage at the Cité des Sciences with the musical film Cosmic Heritage. Catch this mesmerizing experience every Sunday at 6 p.m., starting January 11, 2026.
This immersive musical experience pays tribute to the legendary British rock band that captured global audiences in the 1970s. Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor, and John Deacon created an array of iconic songs, including classics like Bohemian Rhapsody, Under Pressure, I Want To Break Free, The Show Must Go On, and We Will Rock You... And this list of hits is just the beginning!
The Cité des Sciences pays tribute to Queen with an extraordinary immersive experience: over the course of 43 minutes, the band's greatest hits play in succession, while visitors watch as a lost astronaut embarks on a psychedelic journey through space... The show features a curated selection of around ten iconic tracks—some energetic, others more reflective—that immerse us in Queen’s distinctive musical universe.
If you're a fan of rock music, a music enthusiast in general, or simply a curious soul eager to explore new experiences, don't miss this special event held every Sunday evening at the Cité des Sciences planetarium. Tickets for the planetarium must be booked in addition to your museum entry pass.
