There's more to Japan than J-pop! Many may not know it, but the Japanese are also passionate about metal music. A growing number of bands have taken to the world's roads to show what they're made of. These include Baby Metal, Envy, Dir en Grey, Crossfaith and Maximum the Hormone.
But do you know Hanabie.? Formed in 2015 in Tokyo, this girl group doing metalcore is announcing a new European tour this year. On the agenda? Two concerts in France! Hanabie. will first take over Paris, with a concert scheduled for Saturday, November 8, 2025 at L'Élysée Montmartre. Then it's on to Toulouse, with a show at La Cabane on November 28. On the ticketing front, Live Nation is announcing pre-sales starting January 30 at 11am. The general on-sale date is Friday January 31 at 11am.
Hanabie, made up of Yukina, Matsuri, Hettsu and Chika, presented their fans with their latest album, released in 2023. Entitled"Reborn Superstar!", this is the Japanese group's second opus, featuring tracks such as " Blast Off ", " Hyperdimension Galaxy " and the single " This Is the Year to Be a Gal ".
Since then, Hanabie. has released the"Bucchigiri Tokyo" EP. Released in December 2024, the record consists of 6 tracks.
