If you're a fan of extreme music and you live in Essonne, here's some news that's sure to put a smile on your face! This spring, Le Plan and L'Empreinte join forces to launch the first edition of the 'We Metal Fest'. For two days, on Saturday April 6 and Sunday April 7, 2024, metal will take over the famous Le Plan venue in Ris-Orangis, to delight the ears and eyes of the many metalheads in the Paris region.
While metal festivals are springing up all over France, including the Plane'R Fest and more recently the Re-Animator Festival, the Île-de-France region is also seeing the arrival of a new festival dedicated to extreme music. Dubbed the 'We Metal Fest', this event is sure to arouse the curiosity of many metal fans, thanks to an eclectic line-up of up-and-coming bands.
On April 6 and 7, get ready to see live at Le Plan de Ris-Orangis the musical and visual collective La Nebuleuse d'Hima, the metal, grunge and electro trio Horskh, and the thrash punk crossover band Locomuerte.
The 'We Metal Fest' will also be an opportunity to discover the band Violence, an atypical project produced by Niveau Zero, as well as instrumental heavy progressive trio Baron Crane and Besançon duo PØGØ.
