After a concert at Les Trois Baudets last June, Ouidad is back in the capital for a one-off performance at Café de la Danse on October 24, 2024. A Franco-Moroccan pop singer, this young woman, who also has a doctorate in pharmacy, made a name for herself on social networks with successful covers, including Babylone's Zina, before signing to Funny Stone Productions in 2023, with whom she released her first single "Casa", which garnered 3.4 million views.
This first track, a poignant ode to Morocco and her origins, which she later covered in Arabic, tells her personal story between France where she was born and Morocco where she grew up, which she had to leave to pursue her dreams. With her soft, nostalgic voice, she aims to convey a message of hope and positivity through her music, which she describes as"comforting".
At the end of 2023, she released"Je reste", before the release of her EP "Il était une fois", this October 4, 2024, where she will present new tracks, that her fans will have to learn quickly to sing them at the end of the month!
