Big Thief fans are all smiles! The American indie-folk band is set to hit the road again with a European tour, entitledthe "Somersault Slide 360' tour". In France, the trio plans to take over the beautiful and mythical Parisian venue ofOlympia twice: on Friday April 17 and Saturday April 18, 2026. In addition to the French capital, Big Thief also plans to make stops in Oslo, Copenhagen, Berlin, Amsterdam, London, Dublin, Manchester, Brussels, Milan and Munich.
If you'd like to attend one of Big Thief's two Paris concerts, then don't miss the opening of the ticket office. The general on-sale date is Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 11am.
On this new tour, the"Somersault Slide 360' tour", Big Thief is set to honor his new opus, due for release on September 5, 2025. Entitled"Double Infinity", the record follows"Dragon New Warm Mountain I Believe in You", released in 2022, and features the singles"Incomprehensible","Grandmother","All Night All Day" and"Los Angeles". For this new album, the American combo from Brooklyn worked with long-time collaborator Dom Monks. The album was also recorded live over a three-week period at New York's Power Station, with several session musicians.
Next spring, songwriter Adrianne Lenker, guitarist Buck Meek and drummer James Krivchenia - the three members of Big Thief - will embark on a major European tour. French fans can look forward to theOlympia in Paris on April 17 and 18, 2026.
