Find Your Entrance

Paris La Défense Arena has several entrances, depending on where you’ll be seated. Also, “the color code indicated on your ticket (yellow, red or purple) helps you find your bearings, but it does not represent a mandatory checkpoint at screening,” explains the Francilienne venue, which advises you to head straight to the entrances listed below:

Entrance for the pit tickets will be via Entrance 33;
Entrance for the gold pit tickets will be via Entrance 32;
Entrances for Level 1 will be via Entrances 5, 34 and 60;
Entrances for Level 4 will be via Entrances 8 and 56;
Entrances for boxes and lounges will be via Entrance 21;
Access for people with disabilities and reduced mobility may be via Entrance 38.

Forbidden items

On its website, Paris La Défense Arena reveals the list of items prohibited at concerts, in accordance with regulations governing public venues. The ban covers “any dangerous or illegal item, bulky, capable of being used as a projectile, and potentially dangerous for spectators, staff, or artists, or items that could be repurposed maliciously,” including all glass, metal (including water bottles) and plastic containers, as well as helmets, alcoholic beverages, any rolling objects, non-retractable umbrellas, posters larger than A3, and cameras and camcorders without authorization.

However, retractable umbrellas, as well as laptops and tablets up to 15 inches, are allowed for this concert. A small accessory—a bag, purse or briefcase (one per person)—is also permitted, but only if it holds less than 10 litres. You can find all of this information on the Paris La Défense Arena site.

Leaving the hall

Once the concert ends, it’s best to head to La Défense station (Line 1 / RER A) if you’re planning to return to Paris.

For all other directions, head to La Défense station for the Transilien line L. “If you’re using public transport toward Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Cergy and Poissy, you can go to Nanterre Préfecture station and catch the RER A,” explains Paris La Défense Arena.
