As a reminder, the Banlieues Bleues Festival was established by the non-profit organization Banlieues Bleues, founded in 1984 by representatives from around a dozen towns in Seine-Saint-Denis.
Over the years, the event has become a benchmark for music festivals in the Paris region and beyond. Described as THE major jazz festival in Seine-Saint-Denis, the Banlieues Bleues event is a springtime opportunity to attend cutting-edge concerts honoring the jazz scene. For four weeks, the festival opens its doors to artists who have made the history of jazz and related music, or represent the most innovative trends of the moment. What's on the program?
