Known the world over, the Eurockéennes de Belfort festival has become a benchmark on the European music scene. Founded in 1989 on the Malsaucy peninsula near Belfort, the festival has quickly established itself as a not-to-be-missed event for music fans. Every summer, the Eurockéennes attracts tens of thousands of spectators who come to enjoy an eclectic, high-quality program.

This festival has one special feature: it takes place in an exceptional natural setting. Surrounded by lakes and forests, the Eurockéennes site offers a unique experience where music and nature meet. This uniqueness contributes to the festival's special atmosphere, much appreciated by festival-goers.

Proof of its renown, Eurockéennes de Belfort has welcomed many famous artists and groups over the years, including Radiohead, David Bowie, Daft Punk, Metallica, Amy Winehouse, Oasis, Bob Dylan, Portishead, Stromae... each of whom have left their mark on the various editions of the festival.

Over the years, Les Eurockéennes de Belfort has also evolved with the times, adapting to new musical trends and audience expectations. The festival has diversified its musical genres, from rock to electro, hip-hop to pop, and even world music.

In the summer of 2025, the event brought together many festival-goers for concerts by Iron Maiden, DJ Snake, Damso, Justice, Kalash, Clara Luciani, La Femme, and The Last Dinner Party. If you already miss the Eurocks atmosphere, then we have good news! The festival has announced its return in the summer of 2026 witha brand new lineup once again featuring rock, rap, metal, folk, and electro. Next summer, the Eurocks festival is planning another four days of unmissable festivities onThursday, July 2, Friday, July 3, Saturday, July 4, and Sunday, July 5, 2026.

So, who will have the honor of shining at this new 36th edition? Aya Nakamura will be there! The most listened-to French-speaking artist in the world plans to stop in Belfort on Sunday, July 5, 2026, for the closing ceremony.

Next summer, Belfort will also host a diverse lineup including Californian band The Offspring, the Nantes-based Ultra Vomit, American singer-songwriter Ben Harper, the Swedes from The Hives, and Australian rockers Airbourne. Rap enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy with Orelsan, the French group L2B, as well as Josman and Alonzo.

We eagerly anticipate the return of Pulp, as well as performances from the American punk band Social Distortion, electro artist Anetha, folk-rockers The Lumineers, and the French group Feu! Chatterton. Once again this year, all musical styles will be celebrated. "For this 36th edition, you'll need to stay ultra-flexible (watch out for sore muscles and narrow-minded spirits). Because this year, the Eurocks are once again doing a musical acrobatics act across genres," the festival warns via its social media channels.
