The Nutcracker, the timeless ballet by the famous composerTchaikovsky, returns tothe Arena Grand Parison Friday, December 26, 2025, and to the Palais des Congrès on December 11, 2025, and January 6, 2026, to immerse you in the magic of Christmas in a magical show accompanied by a classical orchestra.
The Nutcracker, composed by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky in 1892, is one of the most famous ballets in the world. Inspired by E.T.A. Hoffmann's story The Nutcracker and the Mouse King, it tells the story of Clara, a young girl who receives a nutcracker in the shape of a soldier for Christmas. During the night, the toy comes to life, taking Clara into a magical world where he battles the Mouse King before guiding her to an enchanted kingdom populated by fairies and confectionery.
