The Christmas Marmots Run returns to Paris from November 14, 2026 to January 2, 2027 at the Théâtre Mélo d’Amélie in the 2nd arrondissement. Written and directed by Dorothée Martinet, this family musical for young audiences is aimed at children aged 4 to 8 and runs for 55 minutes.
Lily is a young marmot who misses Christmas every year because her family hibernates during the holidays. To finally experience the season, she ropes her brother into a trek to the North Pole to meet Santa Claus before their long slumber. The story blends songs, dance, dialogue, and children’s participation in this race against hibernation.
On stage, Sarah Serres and Cédric Moreau bring to life the two marmots and the characters they meet along the adventure. The voices are provided by Lily Rubens and Thomas Lempire, with musical contributions from Cécilia Meltzer.
Our performances are announced for November 14 and 21 at 3 p.m., then December 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 29, 30 and 31, and January 2 at 3:30 p.m. This new run follows the shows staged at Apollo Comedy during the 2025 holiday season.
The Christmas Marmots Race is set to run at the Mélo d’Amélie from November 14, 2026 to January 2, 2027, with tickets starting at €16.50, depending on the box office.
