FRASQUES, the Galactik Ensemble’s acrobatic circus show, delightfully bonkers, at Théâtre Silvia Monfort

Between catastrophes, gags and poetry, the wildly daring acrobats of the Galactik Ensemble premiere at Théâtre Silvia Monfort their new show Frasques, delivering a high-voltige circus filled with humor and tenderness, on stage from October 8 to 17, 2026. Suitable for ages 7 and up, the performance works equally well for a family outing or for discovering contemporary circus with friends.

An acrobatic-poetic circus show, Frasques centers on five performers who grapple with an inventive contraption at a breakneck pace, bent on escaping it. Shifting tables, swaying floors, upside-down worlds—these devices tilt reality and plunge each artist into a hazy, uncertain universe.

When balance becomes a playground

By playing with ideas of imbalance and instability, the show explores the friction between reality and perception, that subjective way of watching what unfolds. In these seemingly hopeless contexts, an astonishing power to act emerges. These everyday heroes, however awkward they may be, display an irresistible ability to set themselves in motion.

In this ode to freedom, to be discovered at the Théâtre Silvia Monfort, Paris 15th, from Thursday, October 8 to Saturday, October 17, 2026, the acrobats of the Galactik Ensemble bring, with humor and tenderness, a high-flying circus populated by characters brimming with humanity.

The Galactik Ensemble, a circus conceived as a collective effort

An acrobat collective founded in 2015, the Galactik Ensemble creates contemporary circus shows that, behind a playful, burlesque tone, offer poetic answers to the existential questions that cross our minds.
Their circus practice tests the body, probing resilience and pushing a concept they coined themselves: acrobatie de situation — how to respond, in a spontaneous and creative way, to a fall, to a loss of balance, to surprise.
Drawing inspiration far beyond the circus arena—from visual arts, cinema, sports, dance and theatre—they assemble acrobatic-poetic performances with multiple aesthetics that resonate with the state of the world and its complexity.

Frasques turns instability into a playground, where acrobatics are built as much from the unexpected as from sheer physical feats. Suitable for ages 7 and up, the show can be enjoyed just as much by families as by groups of friends.
