La Seine Musicale in Boulogne-Billancourt is hosting La Seine en Folie, a free day dedicated to mental health, on Saturday, November 8, 2025. Organized by the ARPE Psy 92 association, this second edition features round tables, artistic performances, and an evening musical comedy.

After the success of the first edition, La Seine en Folieis returning to La Seine Musicale in the Hauts-de-Seine for a day rich in discussions and discoveries around mental health. This free event, labeled Grande Cause Nationale 2025, will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, on Île Seguin in Boulogne-Billancourt. The event brings together healthcare professionals, associations, people affected by mental health issues, and the general public in a venue usually dedicated to major music events.

The ARPE Psy 92 Centre association, created by volunteer caregivers working in public psychiatric facilities in the area, has set itself the mission of destigmatizing mental health and promoting the recovery of those affected and their families. This day is fully in line with this commitment, breaking down barriers and celebrating the strength of the community.

From 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., admission is free upon registration via the official website arpe-psy.fr. The program includes three themed round tables addressing key topics: parenting and mental health issues (postpartum disorders, parenting while receiving psychiatric care), neurodevelopmental disorders and the question of adapting the school system, and independence for people living with mental health issues. These discussions will be punctuated by poignant testimonials from those directly affected.

Throughout the day, artistic interludes punctuate the debates. Theater, concerts, and moments of musical relaxation are provided by committed artists, caregivers, and people in care. These creative interludes remind us that culture and mental health are mutually beneficial and that artistic expression is a powerful lever for recovery.

The lobby of La Seine Musicale will also host a village of stands where local associations, authors, and workshops will showcase mental health resources in the Hauts-de-Seine department. Middle and high school students will present the results of a creative contest on the question, "What do you think about mental health?" This is an opportunity for the younger generation to express themselves freely on a subject that directly concerns them.
