From March 23, the Théâtre de l'Essaïon brings the Twelve Labors of Hercules up to date, and invites you to join the team of actors for a family show for children and adults, to be seen from age 6!

From March 23 to May 12, 2024, the Théâtre de l'Essaïon in the 4th arrondissement presents Syndrome d'Hercule, a show directed by Gilles Sallé and Charlotte Jouanneteau with the Antimonotonie company. For families with children aged 6 and over, it's a chance to (re)discover the story of the legendary twelve labors of Hercules, brought up to date.

Miss Lapythie, a hypnotherapist, treats patients in a very special way, and above all, with the help of mythology. Blaise is the ideal patient, and she plans to have him revisit the twelve labors of Hercules to free himself from his phobias and addictions. A great adventure told in the form of a mythological-musical comedy for young and old alike, where we draw on our inner resources to surpass ourselves and dare to go beyond our fears.

Le syndrome d'Hercule is written by Marie Curtel and Gilles Sallé, and stars Charlotte Jouanneteau, Marie Courtel, Gilles Sallé and Paul Cervera. Nominated for Best Young Audience Show at the Trophées Comédie Musicale in 2023, the show runs from March 23 to May 12 at the Théâtre de l'Essaïon, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 4pm, as well as on selected Thursdays. Tickets cost €15 per adult (full price), €12 for concessions and children! Enjoy the show!
