The Musée Art Ludique invites us to a party: from October 14 to November 8, 2020, Dreamworks Animation Studios is celebrating its 25th anniversary! To mark the occasion, the museum is organizing a free exhibition outside its walls, at 2A rue Montalembert, featuring over 200 works, drawings and digital paintings used to create the films we all know and love!
Get out the party hats and cotillions - we've got a special birthday in store! Jack Frost, Puss in Boots, the Croods and the shark gangs are all here to showcase the work of their creators. Discover some 200 works on display, including original drawings and digital paintings from the films' production. These pieces reveal the artistic dynamics of the studio and the artists who create these films for us all.
Film buffs, Dreamworks fans and children alike can go behind the scenes of the production and creation of their favorite films. Theexhibition also featuresexclusive interviews with the artists. The gently provocative andhumorous spirit that characterizes Dreamworks' work is evident throughout. Through the various films, we take a trip around the world, from Egypt to China, via Madagascar and the Himalayas. It's also an opportunity to appreciate the diversity of drawing and animation styles that make each film unique!
