The Musée d'Orsay's Curieuse nocturne is a meeting of three artists, three giants in their genre. Manet and Degas are two Impressionist painters of undisputed talent. Their works have survived the centuries, and it was in these paintings that singer Albin de la Simone found the inspiration for his music.
So it's only natural that the artist should unveil his songs and his new album at the Musée d'Orsay, during the Curieuse nocturne Albin & friends, organized on Thursday June 29, 2023.
During this exceptional evening, the public can come and admire the Manet/Degas exhibition, which brings the two iconic painters of the second half of the 19th century face to face. The evening's program also features three exclusive concerts, during which Albin de la Simone presents his new album, Les cent prochaines années. At 7pm, 8:30pm and 10pm, in the great nave of the Musée d'Orsay, music and painting meet, to our great delight!
