The town of Clichy is transformed into a giant museum, for the new edition of C.A.P.S, the urban art festival. Join us from June 27 to September 20, 2025 for an even more exciting 5th edition!
The summer sun doesn't just make flowers bloom: everywhere in Clichy, street-art works are blooming on walls, buildings, in parks... And with good reason: from June to September 2025, the C.A.P.S urban art festival returns to the Hauts-de-Seine town and the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
Once again this year, this free festival transforms the town into a major artistic center, with street-art taking center stage. It's an opportunity to admire and discover artists from different generations, and to stroll around the town on this great open-air cultural trail.
An urban itinerary takes us to 11 different locations, to discover frescoes, exhibitions and installations in Clichy and the Batignolles district, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Never-before-seen frescoes, exhibitions, film screenings, concerts and DJ sets, performances, workshops, pop-up stores... This event plunges us into the world of urban art, in all its forms!

This year, the artists worked around the theme of"Urban Nature": a world where city and nature meet. Tomorrow's cities, the marriage of man and nature, modernity and life: the street-artists have come up with special works for the general public.
A special weekend punctuates this festival: from June 27 to 29, 2025, a festive and artistic moment awaits all art and street-art lovers at the terrain Fanny, in Clichy.
