Going green within reach of your Navigo Pass? It's possible! Head for the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris, which is celebrating the 6th edition of its"Gardens of the World in Motion" festival from May 3 to November 3, 2023. An open-air exhibition that smells of chlorophyll and reveals beautiful arty gardens, planted in the 34 hectares of the Cité's park.

These landscape creations are the work of the 6 winners of the "Gardens of the World in Motion" competition, under the patronage of Caisse des Dépôts. The ephemeral gardens blend harmoniously into the setting by interacting with the emblematic architecture of the Cité and by integrating sustainable development through the use of bio-sourced materials, the recovery of rainwater and the creation of ecological niches.

Witnessing the great cultural diversity of the Cité internationale universitaire (140 different nationalities!), these gardens are inspired by the riches of the world and of art to recreate creative and poetic ecosystems.
