You then arrive in a veritable green setting. Imagine a superb lake surrounded by trees and huge lawns where you can rest wherever you like. Before getting started, head to reception to choose your activities and times. The clever ones will have done their shopping online to save time and get through quickly. The activities are limited to a certain number of people, so we advise you to arrive early to have a choice of times. Especially as there are fewer people on the activities in the morning, it's a great way to get some peace and quiet.

On the activity program:

  • Water ski lifts for young and old: the wake park is equipped with two water ski lifts, one bi-poulies, ideal for beginners, and a large 5-pylon lift, which can accommodate more than 30 people at a time. The bi-pulley version for beginners and children uses a cable and a line stretched between two pylons, each installed on a different bank of the lake. For the adult version, hang on tight - it's a real hair-raiser!

  • Water Jump, water slides: a new feature for summer 2022, the Fontainebleau Water Jump opened on June 12. What's it all about? Well, all kinds of slides for children aged 7 and over. There are dozens of slides of varying levels on either side of the water structure, plus two diving boards measuring 4 and 6 metres. Half of the slopes can be descended with buoys, the other half on your stomach or back. Vests are compulsory for children under 10 and optional for older children. Helmets are compulsory for all and supervised by lifeguards.

  • The Water Games, the inflatable water games course: imagine Ninja Warrior in easy mode and you're there. Open every day in July and above, plus Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays in September, this play area will blow your mind. With trampolines, climbing walls, jumping and sliding towers, a human catapult and obstacle courses, there's plenty of fun to be had in the water. Accessible from age 5 for children who can swim, a compulsory lifejacket is provided. Price: €8-10 per hour or €14-17 for two hours. Or opt for the day pass from 22€ to 25€. We'll admit it: after an hour, we'd really worked hard at getting up and sliding, so the break was well deserved.

These are terraces on the water, with deckchairs and tables where you can sunbathe and jump in the water. However, you don't need to bring your own picnic - only drinks from the snack bar are allowed. Each terrace can be reserved on site for up to 5 people. Hourly rates are €20.

The lake is very large and the space is really nice, with plenty of room to jump, swim and float along in complete serenity.
