A free treasure hunt to discover the Ile de la Cité with your family

Walks are among the favorite outings of families: free most of the time, it is also an opportunity to take the time to discover Paris, its magnificent monuments and secret corners, while doing a little sport in the fresh air!

So, the CAUE (Council of Architecture, Urbanism and Environment) has created theapplication Détour, to encourage Parisians (or tourists) to stroll, discover and learn more about our beloved capital, with urban walks, whose routes are available for free on the application.

You can discover remarkable trees in the 20th arrondissement, walk along the flowered alleys of the Coulée Verte René Dumont, learn more about the huge buildings of the 13th arrondissement... Or choose a more playful stroll, with the trail game On the trail of Notre-Dame, to rediscover the Île de la Cité and the surrounding monuments: the Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral, the archaeological crypt of the Île de la Cité, the memorial of the Martyrs of the Deportation, the Place Dauphine...
