On the program, you'll be spoilt for choice with guided tours, workshops and events in both famous and more secretive gardens. Les Jardins de Sonja is a secret and unusual destination in the Yvelines, sure to please garden and nature lovers alike. This beautiful 2-hectare landscaped garden is the brainchild of Sonja Gauron, a landscape gardener with a passion for plants and gardens. For her gardens, she wanted to create a veritable universe of plants inspired by Asia: you'll discover a pretty pagoda, aquatic gardens, an aromatic garden, a medieval garden... Les Jardins de Sonja offers an immersive experience, where you can let yourself be guided by winding paths and secret nooks and crannies: the perfect way to discover a beautiful green nugget near Le Perray-en-Yvelines, while enjoying a bucolic getaway!
Visit an English-style garden with multiple atmospheres and a collection of 2,000 different plants that provide a backdrop for the 4 seasons (including a collection of old roses, clematis, viburnums, rhododendrons and Japanese maples). Along the way, visitors will discover an Asian garden with its lanterns and pagoda, water atmospheres, the garden of the four elements and its analemmatic sundial, the grass garden and its mineral decor, the rose garden with its pergolas: all five senses will be stimulated at all times!
