Fête de la Nature in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, a wealth of free activities

The Fête de la Nature in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois is an event not to be missed. For the first time, from May 24 to 31, 2023, the city invites you to dive into the heart of nature. This event, organized by the Sustainable Development and Planning Department, offers a multitude of activities to help you discover the richness of our local biodiversity.

On Wednesday, May 24th, get your boots on and discover the local fauna during a nature walk with the ecologist between the Bois des Trous and the canal. Several educational workshops await you at the Pierre Park for a fun family day. Don't miss the guided tour by the Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux to learn more about the birds of our territory.

Saturday, May 27 is also exciting with many activities at the Piscine d'en Face. Discover playful workshops, plant secrets and a nice exhibition.

Even the restaurant Le Plongeoir will surprise you with a "nature" menu. Finally, a night walk will allow you to understand the impact of artificial light on the fauna and flora. A chiropterologist will make you discover the bats present near the Piscine d'en Face.
