Lovers of organic bread and pastry preparations will know Marlette, the brand launched by Scarlette, a graduate in international hotel management, and Margot, an engineer with a degree from AgroSup.
Together, these two sisters have decided to make life easier for many food lovers by offering preparations for breads, pastries and appetizers, to be made at home with ease.

But since February 2014, the two acolytes chose to launch a new challenge by opening, at N°51 of the rue des Martyrs, in the 9th district of the capital, Café Marlette.
The opportunity to discover all their preparations, but also to delight in their incredible brunch, drinks and delicious pastries..., all in a warm and welcoming universe.
On the menu? Chocolate fondants, muffins and cookies, but also boiled eggs, velvety soups from the garden, generous salads and sandwiches with Prince de Paris ham and 18 months of maturing.
In short, whether for breakfast, brunch, lunch or even an afternoon snack, Café Marlette will know how to satisfy you!
