Good news for wine and food lovers as Pages has just opened, just a few steps from the restaurant, the 116, a real wine bar combining quality wines, craft beers and cocktails but also seasonal cuisine!

With the beginning of the new school year, comes a lot of new things and new places... Thus, the 116, annex of the restaurant Pages, opened its doors in the 16th district of the capital, displaying an unconventional decoration: concrete walls carefully faded, wooden tables, schoolboy style chairs, huge mirror with a patina like a workshop...

On the menu of this bistro/wine bar? Local products and a seasonal cuisine imagined by Teshi and Naoko who chose to renew theizakaya genre.

You will discover sumibiyaki (barbecued), with its duck from Challans, monkfish from Yeu Island, Ozaki beef (wagyu), blue lobster from Brittany, poultry from Pâtis, octopus from Galicia...

Whether you come at lunchtime to enjoy a wagyu burger, or fried chicken in escabeche, or in the evening to savor meat and fish in bincho... your taste buds are bound to ask for more!

To accompany these dishes, you can count on the wine cellar of 116 since the establishment has a hundred references of natural wines, in addition to the selection of Pages. Ondine Blanc 2014 Clos Massotte, fruity and lively, Gamay Roue Libre de Daniel Sage, Fou du Roi 2013 du Temps des Cerises... take your pick!

But the 116 also offers craft beers from the four corners of France such as the Scottish Punk IPA from Brewdog and the Japanese Asahi, but also the Dutch Mikkeller American Dream, Rasputin, without forgetting the white Parisian Roquette from Demory and the Belgian Monk Stout Dupont, Triple Karmeliet from Boostels...

Spirits are also in the spotlight with a fine selection of Japanese, Irish and Scottish whiskies and bourbons: Royal Salute 21 years, Jameson selected reserve, Hudson Baby Burbon, Few Rye Whisky, Suntory and Nikka.

Finally, for those who like clever drinks, opt for classic cocktails reinterpreted by Vincent: Royal Miss Money Penny, Negroni, Mai Tai, Old Fashioned, Bramble...
