We had the chance to sample Speechless’s impressive cocktail list... Notably crafted, these drinks feature surprising names and flavors, like the Banana Bitch. This fruity concoction combines white rum, amber rum, banana puree, lime, and Bitter Black Walnut for a truly flavorful experience.

Another fruit-forward favorite is the Cherry Blossom, which surprises with its bold cherry flavor complemented by a touch of bubbles. For sesame lovers, the Black Sesame is a must-try—made with barley shochu, dill-infused vodka, black sesame milk, and tonka bean syrup. An adventurous blend that’s quite divisive but worth exploring for those who appreciate roasted flavors—rich, indulgent, and surprisingly light.

And for those craving something tangy and refreshing, the Purple Fizz hits the spot. It’s lively, not overly sweet, and awakens the palate. You can definitely taste the carefully balanced notes promised in the recipe, coming together in a well-crafted drink. All in all, this is a great spot to explore for fans of beautiful, inventive cocktails, whether they include alcohol or not.
