In the 11th district of Paris, Speechless welcomes you to explore its lineup of events for the month! A queer, socially conscious cocktail bar where you can enjoy a drink, share plant-based tapas, and join lively, inclusive parties held throughout the year on Rue de Montreuil.

Located on rue de Montreuil, near the place de la Nation in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, Speechless is a cocktail bar that is queer, ethical, and culturally vibrant. It draws patrons with its distinctive atmosphere and inventive drinks menu. Inside, the space exudes a cozy, lounge-like vibe, with red walls evoking the glamor of cabaret. Guests are encouraged to make themselves at home from the moment they arrive, embracing a convivial, immersive experience that is welcoming and fully inclusive.

On the menu, the bar offers cocktails that are renewed every three months, using rare spirits and locally sourced produce. These creations, with or without alcohol, are homemade, and customers can also request tailor-made cocktails. In addition to these, Speechless also offers beers, ciders, wines and homemade soft drinks. All beverages are 100% plant-based, a feature the managers describe as "surprising".

But don't think Speechless is just a cocktail bar... The venue offers a varied program, with live concerts, DJ sets, karaoke, drag shows, bingo drag, comedy clubs, immersive shows and other entertainment. It is also possible to privatize the establishment, which includes the bar, a lounge and a vaulted cellar, accommodating up to 100 people for various private or professional events.

A cocktail list we've had the pleasure to explore... This one stands out for its sophistication, featuring drinks with unexpected names and flavors. Take the Banana Bitch: fruit-forward and rich, it combines white rum, aged rum, banana purée, lime, and Bitter Black Walnut for a truly surprising twist.

Another fruity delight, the Cherry Blossom, delivers a bold cherry flavor topped with a fizzy finish. For sesame lovers, the Black Sesame is a must-try — made with barley shochu, dill-infused vodka, black sesame milk, and tonka bean syrup. This bold, somewhat divisive creation is perfect for fans of roasted flavors, offering a decadent profile that's surprisingly light on the palate.

For those craving something tangy, the Purple Fizz offers a refreshing alternative—less sweet, more stimulating, and guaranteed to perk up your senses. This cocktail harmonizes all the promised flavors into a well-balanced and invigorating drink. Overall, a fantastic spot for anyone who appreciates beautifully crafted beverages, whether alcoholic or not.
