A.P.C. is setting up its tea/coffee shop at the Galerie Joyce, in the Gardens of the Palais Royal, from November 20 to January 31, 2019. In this beautiful setting sheltered from Parisian life, we warm up around a delicious mocha or a golden latte, the time for a well-deserved break. And of course, a small pop-up store promises a nice discovery of the brand.

A.P.C.' s opening of an ephemeral café in Paris is something of afashion event for autumn 2019. For his A.P.C. café, Jean Touitou has selected an ideal spot, the Galerie Joyce, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood: the Jardin du Palais Royal!

For two months, from November 20, 2019 to January 31, 2020, head to the Buren columns to drink the famous A.P.C. "Yayu Fasil" mocha, a coffee from Ethiopia with walnut and Earl Grey notes, roasted and packaged by roaster Café Coutume. And Jean Touitou is adamant: "I like to be trusted, and I'd like people to trust us when it comes to choosing this coffee origin."

Okay, so we're off to try the macchiato, but espresso lovers can be tempted by the petit serré at 2.5 euros or its white version, the flat white, at 5 euros. Others, more tea-lovers, try the golden latte with almond milk and turmeric, tasty and energizing, and the matcha latte! For these drinks, A.P.C. uses organic tea from House of Waris, a little-known house in Paris...

To accompany them, Maison Coutume supplies the café with organic madeleines, shortbread and cakes. Four cakes are on display for all to see, and they're all mouth-watering. A banana bread, a chocolate carrot cake, a chocolate-pecan cake and a lemon-poppy seed cake, the choice was difficult. For 5 euros, the slice is quite large, a nice surprise that makes us want to come back to this coffeeshop-tea room, especially as the atmosphere is quite calm and allows a real break.

A few tables are set up, and it looks like they'll be overrun between 4pm and 6pm, but no worries, A.P.C. makes coffee to go, a good opportunity to relax in the historic garden.

A glance at the back walls beckons: mugs, thermos flasks, ground and bean coffees, T-shirts, candles and a transportable plaid - A.P.C. has made us a selection to survive the winter, and it's a nice one! You'd almost forget that A.P.C. was originally a menswear brand, A.P.C. standing for Atelier de Production et de Création. It's been a long road since its beginnings in 1985. Today, the brand offers many upcycling solutions and above all maintains its minimalist identity.

A.P.C. has become more than a brand - it's become a way of life, and we approve!
