Marianna Mircevski has decided to break the mould, offering a range of deliciouséclairs in her Boulangeries Marius stores, with original flavours based on the most emblematic pastries.
The range includes some twenty original flavors that take us back to childhood, such as Sébastien Chessecake, Paris Brest and Souvenirs d'enfance with Carambar caramel. All in a practical format that's easy on the fingers!
As a reminder, the éclair, or little duchess, is a sweet that dates back to the 19th century! It's made of choux pastry, finely coated with almonds, and eaten "in a flash". It was Antonin Carême, the creator of profiteroles, who first came up with the idea of topping them with chocolate or coffee and adding a sweet glaze.
This little elongated cabbage, 13 to 14 cm long, still has a bright future ahead of it, since pastry chefs Sébastien and Anthony have just given it back its letters of nobility by offering 17 fruity, colorful sweets with flavors to tantalize the taste buds. These éclairs are also available in a giant version to share (or not).
It's worth noting that the Marius bakeries offer only éclairs made on site, in the laboratory of each of the two bakeries-pâtisseries. They are all made from fresh, seasonal ingredients, and are never frozen.
Try your luck at winning a giant lightning bolt of your choice:
In short, delicious eclairs to enjoy at any time of day!
