Muriel Aublet-Cuvelier's solidarity brunch for Ukrainians at La Table du Recho

La Table du Recho, the 16th arrondissement's charity restaurant, invites pastry chef Muriel Aublet-Cuvelier to treat you to a charity brunch on Saturday, May 14, 2022. Sign up now for this gourmet brunch, with proceeds going to the World Central Kitchen association, which provides food aid to the Ukrainian people.

As it does every month, the Table du Recho, this solidarity restaurant in the 16th arrondissement, is offering a solidarity brunch, a Table Ouverte à tous for a great moment of sharing and conviviality that welcomes a guest chef for a day to cook with the establishment's refugee integration cooks.

For this Saturday, May 14, 2022, the apron has been given to talented chef Muriel Aublet-Cuvelier, the pastry chef who worked in the kitchens of the Peninsula's Des gâteaux et du pain, and whom you may have discovered on theTV show "Le meilleur pâtissier. Les professionnels", where she was a finalist. Today, we're delighted to find her on her Youtube channel Les Secrets de Muriel, where she shares her secrets and know-how with us.

Muriel advocates a cuisine of sharing and solidarity, concocted from local, sustainable and seasonal produce. Committed to associations such as Médias Handicaps France and Les enfants cuisinent, she's delighted to join the big, beautiful RECHO family ! For this special brunch, it's hard not to think ofUkraine. The association has decided to support the Ukrainian population fleeing their country through the World Central Kitchen association, which has been providing essential food aid for several months now, passing on all profits.
