Push open the doors of the historic address on rue Laffitte in the 9th arrondissement, where the company's workshop is located, and let yourself be seduced by the charm of this boutique with its authentic, homemade flavours. You'll be greeted with a warm welcome and meticulous attention to detail.

At Fouquet, you won't find atypical creations with experimental flavors; the house plays the card of tradition and flavors that are unanimously appreciated. Fouquet's expertise is recognized as Patrimoine Vivant de France. Made-to-measure service and a house capable of retaining the preferences of loyal customers are its hallmarks.

Historically, Fouquet started out in confectionery. It still delights fans of candies, caramels and other mint fondants, which the company perpetuates for nostalgic customers. It was in 1920 that Fouquet launched its chocolate business, and with great success, as it quickly won over customers and took precedence over confectionery.

A visit to the workshop, just off the boutique, is a must to discover the handcrafted chocolates and sweets. On the carts, home-made candied fruits await their use, gourmet caramels their coating, chocolates are cut and marked by hand, and fruit jellies with good juices earn their sugar clothes.

For Christmas, in addition to a pretty Christmas wreath to share with the family, the house unveils pretty boxes, clogs and chocolate Santas. We love the fir tree tablet, which hides a delicious old-fashioned praline, gianduja and runny caramel, and the fruit jelly boxes, where the taste of real fruit can be found, not forgetting the marrons glacés, a must-have Christmas delicacy.
